Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide the SNEERYBOOSTER service:

  • Account data: email, password hash (bcrypt), display name
  • License data: plan type, expiry timestamp, license key (HMAC-signed)
  • Device data: device name, device ID (hardware hash), platform, last seen timestamp
  • Game profiles: game name, profile configuration JSON
  • Activity logs: action type, details, IP address, user agent, timestamp
  • Payment data: order ID, transaction reference, amount, date (submitted by user for verification)
  • Support tickets: email, subject, category, message, Discord thread IDs

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Authenticate and authorize access to your account
  • Manage license activation, expiry, and device limits
  • Sync game profiles and device registrations between website and desktop app
  • Process and verify payments (manual admin review)
  • Provide support via Discord ticket system
  • Security monitoring (login detection, fraud prevention)
  • Service improvement (aggregated, anonymized usage analytics)

3. Data Storage & Security

  • All data stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) databases in APAC region
  • Passwords hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12)
  • JWT tokens (HMAC-SHA256, 7-day expiry) for session management
  • HTTPS/TLS 1.3 for all communications
  • No plaintext passwords or sensitive data in logs

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Limited sharing occurs only:

  • Discord bot: creates support tickets in our Discord server (email, subject, message)
  • Payment verification: transaction details sent to admin Discord channel for manual review
  • Legal compliance: if required by law or valid legal process

5. Your Rights

  • Access: View your data via Dashboard, License, Devices, Profiles pages
  • Rectification: Update display name, password, profile in Settings
  • Deletion: Delete account permanently from Settings → Danger Zone
  • Portability: Export data via API endpoints (GET /api/*)

6. Retention

  • Account data: retained while account exists, deleted 30 days after account deletion
  • Activity logs: retained 90 days
  • Payment records: retained 2 years for financial compliance
  • Support tickets: retained 1 year after closure

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use localStorage (keys: sb_token, sb_user) for session persistence. No third-party cookies or tracking pixels.

8. Children's Privacy

SNEERYBOOSTER is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

Updates posted here with updated date. Material changes notified via email or in-app notice.
