Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SNEERYBOOSTER (website, desktop application, API, Discord bot), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be 13+ years old to register.
  • Provide accurate email, password, and display name.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • One account per person. No shared/transferred accounts.

3. License & Subscriptions

  • Plans: Free, Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime.
  • Paid plans auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date.
  • License keys are HMAC-signed, non-transferable, single-user.
  • Trial: 1 hour/day for Free tier. Upgrade for unlimited use.
  • Device limits: Free=1, Monthly/Yearly=3, Lifetime=5.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments via VPBank VietQR (manual admin verification).
  • No automatic recurring charges — each renewal requires manual payment.
  • Refunds within 48h of activation if license unused (contact support).
  • Chargebacks = immediate license revocation + account ban.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the desktop application.
  • Share license keys, bypass activation, or use cracks/keygens.
  • Use SNEERYBOOSTER for cheating, exploiting, or unfair advantage in games.
  • Attack, scrape, or overload the API/Discord bot.
  • Impersonate staff, distribute malware, or spam.
Violation = immediate license revocation, account termination, no refund.

6. Desktop Application

  • Provided "as-is" for Windows 10/11. No macOS/Linux support.
  • Some features require Administrator privileges.
  • Optimization effects vary by hardware/game — no guaranteed FPS gains.
  • Updates delivered via GitHub Releases / GET /api/app/latest.

7. Intellectual Property

SNEERYBOOSTER name, logo, branding, code, and assets are proprietary. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Service provided "as is" without warranties of any kind (merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement). We do not guarantee uptime, performance improvements, or compatibility with all games/systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (data loss, hardware damage, lost profits). Maximum liability = amount paid in last 12 months.

10. Termination

  • You may delete your account anytime in Settings → Danger Zone.
  • We may suspend/terminate for Terms violation with notice (immediate for security risks).
  • On termination: license revoked, data deleted per Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms governed by laws of Vietnam. Disputes resolved in courts of Ho Chi Minh City.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes = acceptance. Material changes notified via email/in-app.
